In union with Cornell University, the Tata Education and Growth Trust to support about 20 scholars from India gives the yearly Tata Scholarship. Cornell University students may receive the scholarship to study abroad for the rest of their undergrad studies. The institute has received a $25 million Tata Trust fund. Ratan Tata is a trustee at Cornell. One of India’s oldest, biggest, and most honoured business institutes is the Tata Company. The student must be an Indian citizen who has finished high school in India and is an undergrad to Cornell and qualified for financial aid depending on need.
The Commonwealth Scholarships Board grants the award in science, technology, engineering, and agriculture to Indian students with English as a medium and a minimum of 65% marks in social sciences and humanities. It covers a total amount of Rs 31,60,764, including tuition fees, returns airfare, and living costs.
This award is given to Indian students to give them the chance to take a one-year PG course in any subject at any UK institute. One can only apply the scheme to get a Masters degree in the UK. He/she may even have job experience of at least 2 years. The fund serves tuition, housing, travel to and from the UK, and other costs.
Set up to aid India’s worthy deprived, the UK gives those who wish to get a PG degree with the Felix Scholarship. The student must have a first-class Bachelor’s degree from a known Indian institute and must also be under the age of 30. This grant awards a maximum of £ 71,700.
The United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF) grants the Fulbright-Nehru Fellowships to Indian Masters degree students in arts and culture, global legal studies, gender studies, public policy, urban and regional planning, and so on. It is open to those who have completed 4 years of college and have job experience of at least 3 years.
