05. Environmental Law – That which concerns the protection and sustenance of the environment would be this law. They deal with climate control, policies, environmental actions, etc.

A legal firm is a company in itself. It is like your own business. There are various sectors of law that requires a different set of expertise. Thus, there are various career options in the legal sector that you can opt for after completion of your law degree.

01. Barrister – Specializes in court. You can provide legal advice to your client and represent them in court.

02. Clerk – Runs the administrative and business activities involved relating to the cases handled by the barrister. They are familiar with court procedures and the law undertaken by their barrister.

03. Solicitor – Is tasked with explaining the law to clients may it be individuals or organizations. They may be working for a law firm.

04. Secretaries – Legal secretaries, employed by companies or firms ensure administration with regards to legal administration.

05. Paralegal – They provide experienced services to clients and other attorneys. They cannot provide legal advice to clients.

06. Other – Other career options include representing for firms, organisations, research etc.
