Minimum marks Required in NEET for MBBS in a Private College
The cut-off marks are calculated mostly in percentile and this calculation depends on several factors:
- The total number of students appearing for NEET.
- The marks of the top rank holder.
- Availability of seats.
- Category of the candidate i.e. OC/UR/OBC/SC/ST.

The above mentioned cut-off marks are tentative. There is no hard and fast rule for admission in a private college apart from qualifying NEET. It depends on counselling and the students applying to that college. The colleges display a merit list of all the candidates and that depends on your NEET rank. Make sure you score 300 above so that you don’t fail to make it to any private college.
However, you need to keep in mind that the fee depends on your rank. The higher the marks, the lower will be your fee. For marks above 400, you need to pay approximately Rs. 7 to 8 lakh per year.
