About Erasmus Mundus Scholarship

Originally the Erasmus program targeted the European Union countries. Through this program, students can travel and study in the other participating nations. However, after Brexit, UK students cannot avail the Erasmus scholarship and nor can Erasmus scholars opt for Universities in the UK.

Now, coming to the Erasmus Mundus scholarship or program, it is a parallel program like the parent Erasmus program that allows students to travel and study in Europe but it extends to all students globally. It’s aim is to globalise the European countries and to increase the internationalisation of students. Thus, Indian students can now travel to Europe to study and that too free of cost through this scheme.
